I think we should put a few hills along the way so the refs can't see how far downfield our linemen are. We could probably start blocking people 6 yards downfield.

Another week, another great performance by the officials helping out the Big 12's elite.

This isn't from a coach, but its a nice summary from our friends at barkingcarnival:

OFFICIATING

It's simply got to be said - this was a horrendously officiated game, and Texas bore the brunt.  We finally saw some holds called in the second half that were just too egregious to miss, but there were a litany of uncalled holds on the edges in the first half to go along with a face-guard-contact-made-no-PI on Shipley at the 1 yard line.  A couple of truly bizarre spots where there seemed to be zero effort made to even approximate the proper ball location really topped off the crap sandwich.  The game Texas played was not going to result in a win, but it in no way should have resulted in a 23-0 defeat, either.

I'm starting to think kstate should consider breaking away and forming our own conference full of elites.  Get Notre Dame, Bama, USC, Ohio St, and a few others (up for discussion).  We are officially too good for the Big 12 anymore.

should i be laughing at or feeling bad for the teams that we and the refs screw over week after week? i can't decide and spend most of my time doing a little bit of both. like haha what a bunch of rubes immediately followed by some there, there little guy, everything is going to be ok and then i just start loling again.
