Dentist told me like, 15 times that I need to be still. I got really nervous and squirmy.

My doctor tells me to pull down my "underpants" when he is ready to do the hernia check...I always find that weird.

If your company provides a free physical, do it.

If your company allows you to get a physical at no real time cost out of your pocket, do it.

I've had a whole host of mental health issues for the majority of my life. Docs have prescribed lots of meds over the years, and none of them have done jack crap. I've been seeing a psychologist lately though, and he seemed to think that most of my problems were actually just symptoms of having untreated ADHD. He wanted me to see a psychiatrist and get some meds for the condition, I was very  :dubious: due to my previous experiences. Finally bit the bullet though, and today is my first day on ADHD meds. Holy crap, I feel fantastic. First time I've felt genuinely happy, motivated, and clear minded in years.

ya that's big time.  sometimes just knowing the cause of your condition can bring some relief.
