Having only watched the pilot epi, I don't see why this is funny. I mean, I get that the show will probs be about him being a known villian and that Danes character is trying to out him, but I think it would have been worthwhile to draw that out a little.

Also, this is all based on what I assume the show will do.

Last Sundays Veep was one of the funniest half hours of television I've ever seen. The Daughterboarding line was tremendous.

Man, I am so behind on my TV balls stuff. Haven't had a chance to get to epi 2 yet. I mean, I just watched the GoT from two wks ago last night.

Halfway through the first season of Shameless. I love the backwardness of it all, and the show in general reminds me of Scrubs where it's not laugh out loud funny, but you can blow through 5 episodes at a time without it feeling like any time has passed. A lot of the stuff with the dad makes me super sad. When he was yelling at the kids about how they owe him for all he did to raise them I just wanted to punch him, and I hated that Fiona just sat there and took it. And then when he went to the parent teacher conferences with Karen,

Also Dlew, did you notice the Illinois game they were watching? And the kid trying to get into Illinois to play football? I bet Mr. Bread would have loved that!

Watched the first 4 episodes of Hannibal today. I like it. Hopefully as the season progresses they move away from the "new week new crime" formula but still it is pretty darn good.

Too many shows have fallen into "Tie up an individual plot in a tidy bow" in each episode with one season long plot taking up the first/last 5 minutes of an episode. Really getting old.

Friday Night Lights still has me by the balls. Starting to get to the point of "wow, does this kind of crap actually go on during high school?" level... but whatever. Too late to turn back now.

Vikings will probably be my next show. GoT once I get HBO maybe.

So this new show Rectify was on AMC last night after mad men. Really good episode and they are playing the next 2 episodes on Sundance Channel tonight. I dont think i get sundace channel, or at least couldnt find it last night.
