Finished the third season of The Wire and still have no idea why people think it's the best show ever. Even if 4th and 5th seasons are really good, the first two were boring as hell and the third was slightly above average. And McNulty is the least interesting main character of any TV show I've ever watched. I might be done with it until I forget how much I dislike it and everyone tells me "just give it one more season!" enough times that I believe them.

ya they picked some generic losers, there are some winners but not a whole cast of them. ed is great. what can i say, it fills 2 hrs up on a monday night, good enough. anyone still watching glass house?

Why can't they realize who their good characters are and play off of them?
I'm having a Downton Abbey moment. I mean, it's just so amazing. The old lady keeps making that face and Thomas keeps making that :comeatmebro: face and Bates is all "i will never tell what Venables did" and it's almost too much.
