Power through? Meh, if you’re not hooked by like the third epi then I’d say it’s just not for you. Season 2 is darker/bloodier overall I think, but I wouldn’t recommend Barry to anyone who is looking for just straight up action.

A few episodes from the end of season 1 too. Took me a bit to get into it, but it's been really entertaining

I absolutely love it. The ability of the cast and writers to fully re-create that culture and vernacular is just incredible.

Yes, very fun. WW it was a little slow to start for me too, but man, I love history. We went there as a kid. I was pissed the movie was on the other day when I turned on the TV and already saw a character in it that I know survives now.
