Season 2 is much different than I expected but I like it.

That's how I got interested. I ran into an episode (thinking it was a movie) on HBO when we were out of town this weekend. It ended and I was like WTF?! I thought it was a short movie or something. Since I couldn't get a guide in the hotel, I was like "was that the shittiest short film of all time? I mean, it fully grasped my balls and taint, leaving me wanting more, but it's over!" And then I heard them advertise for next weeks episode of the "leftovers" and I was like, "I need to get into this crap, ASAP!"

They are related, but s2 is set 25 years earlier and separate stories. The main cop in s2 is the father of the main cop in s1

way too many steals this early in the battles

why do they call them steals? when adam picks jordan over regina, there's really nothing left to steal. regina is a free agent. gwen hits the button (multi-button) and carson exclaims the "steal", makes zero sense.
