It's over bro. I made the mistake of reading Wasicko's wiki page before I saw parts 5 & 6 last night. I now want to read the book, interestingly enough from a David Simon project, I thought the character development left me wanting but that's only because there were so many stories crammed into 6 hours.

So I'm now about 2.5 seasons into The Wire. Season 1 was a B+, Season 2 was an A+, so far season 3 is a solid C.

Watching season 3 makes me worry that the rest of the seasons won't be nearly as good but season 2 might be the best season in dramatic television history IMO. It's either that or season 1 of True Detective.

season 2 of the wire and season 1 of laguna beach (kristin's season) are two of the greatest seasons of any show in television history.

i think i've watched 4 or 5. i was wondering how many episodes there were.

also a fellow s2 champion! (though not the best season imo)
