Chip and Joanna are gonna be right here in KC on Friday and Saturday at Bartle Hall. Can't wait to see what ideas that chick I married comes home with to completely renovate my mansion.

I'm guessing if you have any walls separating rooms she will want to knock them down for a more "open" floor plan. Just a guess though.

I could take or leave Joanna. I mean she is def nice and good on camera, but would not want a huge rough ridin' sign in my living room that is bigger than me and says "rustic" or "Vintage" or whateves. Not a big fan of signs in houses telling you some sage wisdom, or worse what something is or is like.

Also, it makes me sad at the end to always realize that all the stuff that makes the house pop will be taken away afterward so that the actual owners can move their crap in. "Here is your cool house, now give me all that cool crap back".

they are kind of annoying, but at least their finished product is usually livable. That Love it Or List It show....my god, how many times have I pondered driving to Canada and slapping that woman. She cannot make a budget or identify potential issues AT ALL.

Agreed on that lady. she is horrible. That said, the realtor is cool. So, I still put Propt Bros above that as the worst.

I just hate Love It or List It because they are both just trying to talk the homeowner into something, not looking out for what is really best for the homeowner. like "How can we convince her that she doesn't really need an office which was the whole point of this renovation?"

Finished watching the first season of BoJack Horseman, surprisingly good. Animation style is great, sharp satire, quality voice actors, animals mixing with people is funny. Also, the end credits song is fantastic.
