I watched the first two episodes of Black Sails at a friend's house during a snow day back in Feb. It was ok, but not captivating enough for me to get into it.

I agree the show started out pretty slow, it's a pretty fantastic looking show though and has picked up the pace a bit.

Bad Grandpa is funny. I have no idea about HIMYM, but i don't watch it because it looks dumb and it's already been on for forever and i don't want to dig it up.

Raymond and Home Improvement are both classic. They're terrific.

Gooch watches these shows and so I watch them when I am around when he is watching them...So sometimes I don't really know exactly what is going on but mostly they are good..but obviously not good enough that I make it a priority to watch them.

Well, this makes me think that HIMYM is probably a pretty bad show, but stevesie likening the show to Friends with a New Girl flair made me think it's probably pretty good.

I'd probably give the show a try if there weren't 9 seasons worth of content to wade through.

Second season is worse than the first. Still tons of killing and rough ridin' though, which is pretty much the only reason people watch this show anyways.

correct, at one point the United State census enlisted three classifications for race: caucasoid, mongoloid and negroid.
