Halfway through S1 of Friday Night Lights. Should I skip S2? Have heard it's bad.

Outside of one terrible storyline, it's not as bad as people are making it out to be. It has my favorite episode of the series in it.

no, don't skip any episodes. it doesn't get bad until the last season, imo, and by that point youre pot committed. the end of s1 is great. s2 has a terrible ending because of the writers strike.

nope, still good. i just marathoned the whole series like two months ago expecting it to just get awful, but it didn't really IMO.

I would never have guessed that Andy Samberg could do that well on a TV show. Haven't seen an episode yet I didn't enjoy.

I've been really enjoying Six Feet Under. It raises a lot of questions about death that are fairly original, mostly because of all the different scenarios they go through. It kind of reminds me of Friday Night Lights because the characters are so complex that it makes them real and you find yourself caring a lot for even the ones that don't have many redeeming qualities.

Brooklyn 99 is fantastic. Solid recipe for success, with Schur heading it up.
