yeah I figured it was that part.. it made me super uncomfortable but I think it served its purpose for the show and for the character of the pastor.

Black mirror might be good for you since all the episodes are their own story but I guarantee you'd hate the first episode so maybe skip that one

Just finished Black Mirror and Electric Dreams.

Recommend both, Black Mirror is definitely darker but both series keep you captive each episode.
