Kentucky will start the game by shooting two free throws. Not sure what NCAA rule is on if there is a jump ball next or it Kentucky just gets the ball and the possession arrow points to KSU, though.

It was complete bullshit. I've seen pregame dunking hundreds of times. The refs were just letting everyone know that they were going to be sucking UK off from the get go.

Apparently the rule is you cant dunk when the clock is below 20:00. Rhodeler dunked at 19:58

how in the hell was that oscar's fault, that rule is in place on every level of sanctioned basketball

also there isn't a damn rule about 20 minutes, you can dunk until the officials enter the floor at that point you can't dunk anymore, that jackass knew the rule
