i image you can make tons of money on that...i've seen some that are $1.50 for each person.  Most people don't even get close to pulling a prize, so that's straight cash, homie.

Solid idea but I've already spent like 5 minutes mocking up the vending machine idea.

Plus the kittens would squirm around when they got picked up so you would have to have a super powerful claw and it might crush the kitten which would crush our business under a flood of consumer complaints.

hey friends, just did some quick research.

apparently, the claw game is rigged (!!!!).  Most states require 1 in 12 odds in those machines, so the machines are rigged to have sissy-like gripping strength except for once out of every 12 tries. 

Easy cash.  I found one online for $2200.

Still waiting for one of you engineers to do a quick mockup of the specs(is that right?) so we can start production. IF, big IF, wacky agree's we may give you a FIVE percent share of the business as payment. Obviously TTHOTUC gets FIVE percent as well for putting down the start up money. 

I've got some screw drivers and hammers in my garage and I'm thinking I could get the first prototype up and rolling by Monday.

Guys, you may sell more kittens if the machine is made so that it looks like the kittens are constantly in danger.  I mean, the regular cat vending machine relies on ppl needing cats.  My modification will still sell to those ppl but will also expand your market to ppl that can't live with themselves if they walk by, notice the kitten is in mortal danger, and doesn't buy it.

ok so what if you had the kitten claw machine do the same odds. pay like $5 to get a chance to grab the kitty but 11/12 times the claw is super pud and the kitten falls down. except this... *PLOT TWIST ALERT* ... every 15 minutes the claw automatically picks up a kitten and drops it down this black hole where no one can see where it ends. it ends like 5 feet down with the kitty landing on a soft blanket but the people playing the game don't know. theres a bunch of kittens down there and you just pick them up and recycle them like 3 days later so no one recognizes it as the same cat that they thought just plummeted to its death. people will be all like omg I have to save these kitties before they get eaten by this black hole thing, and youll make a fortune. ok and also make the black hole be like a big plastic rottweiler so itll look like a dog is eating the cats.

We can't get the engineers working on the specs without the business guys finishing the requirements documentation!

plenty of ppl will buy a cat in danger to to keep it from said danger and have no need or actual desire to have the cat.  Once the money is in the machine and the cat out of danger, who cares what happens to that cat. 

Idea explosion while typing above: a second machine next to the cat in danger vending machine.  One that advertises that ppl can deposit cats into it for free and the company will make sure the cat is taken care of and sent to a place for adoption.  Boom! you only buy one set of cats, ppl buy them to keep them from getting squashed, cut, suffocated, whatevs the machine seems most likely to do to the cat(although the cat won't actually be in danger), then the put them in the adoption machine bin.  Then, Wackycat can simply take the cats from the safe adoption box and restock the vending machine.
