Where is this police report. I'll read it and then make my opinion accordingly. Using the Michael Dixon reports as a barometer, how do you think I'll respond?
Edit: Man, that report is disheartening. Obv., I can't say to what extent it is true, but it doesn't look good. These kinds of things are pretty tough on the psyche, because you often don't know the whole story. I hate to fall into victim blaming, and you hate to hang a guy in the "court of public opinion at the same time."
My sense tells me to take the 'meister opinion that regardless of the legality Winston's character is flawed just by taking advantage of an obviously highly intoxicated woman. In reality though, it's hard to do that without knowing the truth.
One key element is the "pinning down" of the woman. Were there any bruises as a result? How was the pinning down done? I mean, if she said he pinned her down by the arms, and she had bruises, then it would be easier, but it isn't.
