This was not just a girl who regret having sex with a guy and cried rape when she sobered up.  I'm not doubting at all that he probably thought it was consensual sex, but she was obviously way too mumped up to consent to it. There clearly was not enough evidence to charge him.  I'm not saying he's guilty of rape. I'm not saying that he's getting off only because of his celebrity status. I'm just saying that I find him hard to root for. 

I don't see why me not liking him is so controversial.
