look man, it wouldn't be called the "snack-off" if we ran around patting everyone on the back and respecting everyone's opinions. it would be called "snack-chatter" or "snack-discourse" or something similar. but it's not. it's no holds barred snack smack so get used to it.

I'll try to thicken up my skin for next week's edition. I am just used to those other threads with a lot of "agreeing to disagree" and "respecting of opinions" on this board, that's all. This got a bit intense for me.

I'm in the one-bone crowd, its just more satisfying to rip off the juicy chunks of chicken (also, lower prob of bone fragment) but since no 2-boners used this in their argument, i feel the need to share

i actually still mostly do a 2 hand approach, my main concern with the technique illistrated by the video is my fear the during processing, bits of bone will remain on one end of the wing or the other, so going whole hog on it is too risky

I never really thought about it other than that I look down on people who order 0 bone. I love wings, one of my fave foods. If it comes down to it probably 2 bone, because of the added carnivorous aspect of ripping the meat off of those two little bones with my teeth!

i didn't count, but my order on saturday night was (n-1) 1 bone'rs, where n >= 10
