He's not a fluid athlete, but he's got adequate speed and runs effectively.
He doesn't always throw a pretty ball, but he's a very effective thrower.
He's got that Ioway residue.
I do think he's got as good a grasp on Snyder's offense as any K-State QB, and probably has the freedom to check more than about anyone else.
Really, if there was a poster child for a KSTATE0 QB, it would probably be Waters.
As long as he leads an efficient offense and we're winning games its all good to me.
