yeah I've just been sitting back watching this thread lately but couldn't sit back anymore when a (almost) ten years ago talking point is brought up. Just plain lunacy, crap has drastically changed in the last two years let alone ten

You guys are too dumb to even grasp basic concepts.  The '04 recruiting class was one of KU's best classes.   There were 13 commitments by this point.  The current recruiting class is going to be a smaller class as it is, and already has 12 commitments.  The notion that this class is off to a slow start, or any different than previous classes, is laughable.  The delusion is so thick that you guys can't even have a rational discussion with opposing fans anymore.

the time talking point is kinda dumb. but comparing this class to your 2004 class is also dumb. alot of the guys in your 2004 class had much better offers than the guys in this class.

Yeah, I don't know.  I hear this a lot, but then Titletown v. 24 game conference losing streak.  So what is it?  Talent is good, coaching is bad.  Coaching is good, talent is bad.  Both are bad.

Yeah, it's not science. But, we're bigger, faster, and stronger on the field. Maybe you can attribute that to work ethic, coaching, toughness, etc. But if we're going by a tangible metrics like "bigger, faster, stronger" then we are clearly more talented.

Sure, but if you go by recruiting stars or whatever, then it eludes to development as to why we beat them like a drum every year. I'd rather skip all the speculation of the what, who, or why we're clearly more athletic on the field and just chalk it up to KSU being more talented.

I don't know if our current class is better than KU's, but we've clearly out-recruited them for years.
