That's how far back you have to go before KU holds the series advantage over K-State. In other words, you have to be 61 or older today in order for KU to have beaten K-State more times than K-State has beaten KU in your lifetime.
Not sure what kind of counting backwards methodology you are using but KU won most games up until the 90's. If you look at it by the decade K-state was able to get 3 wins tops. I get the argument, that KU fans are stuck in the past, but it would be more accurate if you were arguing that they would have to be a fan in the 70's or 80's.

It makes sense when you realize a lot of KU football fans stopped the clock in the early 90s to become KU basketball/NU football combo fans.

Considering that and the peak of Adam Sandler's career through the mid/late nineties, and they're completely oblivious to KU football in that time frame.

Who?

Getting any statement from Jim Marchiony is essentially getting a statement from Satan himself signed off on by the lying liars club.

Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

If Beatty's lawyers even hinted for one second that he cooperate with KU's internal investigation they should have been fired on the spot and reported for malpractice.

He was smart to just go directly to the NCAA.

Also if Beatty's lawyers didn't get documentation on that so called "escrow" account and it's not being held by an outside financial institution with no direct affiliation with KU, then they should be fired and reported for malpractice.

No comment from me at this time, as it is my policy not to discuss pending litigation or investigations involving the University of Kansas, its affiliates, or assigns.

What sort of boiler plate exit interview questionnaire sets off red flags?

Hi David, thanks for taking time to meet with us, this is just basic standard procedure, but you know how it goes... Gotta "check the box" so they say! Okay first question, to the best of your knowledge, did you or any of your coaching staff knowingly participate in any activities that would be considered a violation of NCAA rules and/or policies?

...yes?

don’t most schools have their men’s basketball and football programs under ncaa investigation concurrently?

KU: normally we don’t comment on pending litigation, but since everything was so normal and standard in this particular case we feel like we must say something

Reportedly lawyer said they have two witnesses on the hooker comment.

All 12 KU football fans are saying that it was just a joke . . . if actually said, joke or not, it shows clear intent to try and dig up dirt after the fact in order to avoid paying the $3 million.

End of FY 2018 cash on hand:  KU Athletics:  $9.2 million (nearly a $500K operational loss)   K-State Athletics:  $33 million (approximately $10 million in net revenues)

What's the chance that KU ends up shooting themselves in the foot on this one, maybe gets out of paying the money to Beaty, but does more harm than good to the Athletic Department overall?
