Didn't say which Memorial Stadium, or which alma mater.  :peek:

He will be a senior this year and has played in every game except for 1 his freshman year.

Looking at some stats:

He has won 6 games total in Memorial Stadium out of the 20 he has played at Memorial.
Only 1 of those 6 games was a conference game(WVU) out of the 13 conference games at Memorial. (2 if you count the spring game as conference)

So I would honestly say he has only had 1 highlight as a player at KU.  :frown:

And the dude is a pretty solid player.   I can't imagine the regret he feels for choosing KU.

He's got a point.  Even Tom Brady can't complete a pass if his line doesn't give him a few seconds :dunno:

We have an is/ought dilemma here.  Sometimes your offensive line is, well, offensive.

In the article, Chaz tried saying that true pocket passers are going the wayside in football period. Players such as Manning, Brees, Brady, Rodgers, Foles, etc. prove otherwise.

I think he is talking about the college game, and I think he is partially right.  Good thing we ran off the pocket passer and kept our dual threat.

A program like KU should never recruit a slow QB under any circumstance. Charlie is 100% right about that. It's just too bad it took him 3 years to figure that out.

all season long we'll be treated to progress reports on how charlie's new offense is coming along

also good will be the fact that he has, in some ways, restarted his shot clock by hiring this dude from rice.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

On NPR this morning, they mentioned the fact that a woman will referee college football for the first time in KU's opening game.  They then said Charlie mentioned that he'll try to, "not swear as much."

The woman on NPR said, "Equality means that you can swear all you want, Coach Weis."

Then the male anchor goes, "This is [bleep] NPR."

I thought it was kind of funny.

My favorite part of NPR is the fact that I have no idea where it's located on my radio dial in Any City, USA.

I've been listening to NPR quite a bit.   Goodness,  there are a lot of non profits in America;   "Let's go to Sandra Johnstone at the Center for Upper Midwestern Suburban Studies,  a non profit think tank in Toledo ".

Which Big 12 school has the worst fans?

Kansas -- 40%

TCU -- 18%

Oklahoma State -- 14%

West Virginia -- 14%

Iowa State -- 7%

Texas -- 3.5%

Texas Tech -- 3.5%

They said it:

On Kansas: "Their fans don't show up. They're a basketball school." ... "They're too into basketball." ... "The stands were like half full."
