actually, that's pretty far down the priority list. first, i think, is traveling back to September 26, 1986 and taking care of some business in Sweden.

You don't get to pick and choose which points in history are relevant.  The bottom line is that K-State has an all-time losing record to a basketball school and is building a new football complex seven years after KU built our's.  Congrats, by the way (the renderings are awesome).

Anyone who thinks the 1902-1921 games (when KSU was 1-17-1 against KU) are equally as relevant today as the past two decades of results really needs to have their heads examined.  I know you are just trolling and don't actually believe that, but still.

Denied.  This is more important than some ABBA concert or something.

So, does taking care of business mean saving a life only, or trading one out for another?

Look who is bringing up not being able to pick and choose your points in history, while continually spewing forth that K-State is 7 years behind ku in building a football complex.

Yet reality says again and again, that two of the best football coaches in the modern era of ku football asked for a facility like Vanier.  One never got it, and it was one of the reasons why he left ku, and the other one had to wait 6 years to get it.   I know that absolutely enrages Beems but it's reality.

Now K-State will be moving from a facility that was only about 15,000 square feet smaller than the Generic Football Guy Football Center, to a facility that will be 50,000 square feet larger than the Generic Football Guy Football Center at ku.

We are now at the FIFTEEN YEAR anniversary of when moving the track out of Memorial Track, Field and Football stadium became an earnest conversation amongst Hen House fans.  It looks like it will be at minimum nearly TWO DECADES before the track is removed from ku Memorial Track, Field and Football Stadium since that topic started to move to the front burner . . . TWENTY YEARS.

In our defense, we have an all time losing record to almost everybody.  But, in the modern era...  Like, post Cold War.  Life is good.

And yes, the renderings are awesome.

When ku finally does something of significance to their stadium, in a fashion that is relevant to the times.

Do you think K-State will get a thank you note or a reach around or something for once again, and for the 3rd time in about 20 years, making ku care about football and at least attempt to compete?

Probably not, but one would like think since it's way past due.

Minnesota, Cal., and Oregon State.  Umm, I think that's about it for the BCS schools.

Isn't the rule of thumb "If the series started before WW I, then you probably have series history... If not, then  :billdance:?"

Guys, shut up

Yeah I bet like half of the posters here like to put on their iron man suits (which we can all afford bc we're all basically tony stark) and punt dead horses into the air for miles that for some reason always seem to land in Junction City regardless of where they were kicked from because really where else would they go?

1. This can't be right.

2. that would actually explain a lot.  Missed practices and KS weather and all.

I think they have one but have to wait until women's soccer practice is over or something.

It's as though you think we are building a new facility from scratch and have never had one.
