I would have done shameful things for a donut today. I don't even like donuts that much, but the fact that I can't have it was killing me.

Buy a dog, walk it everyday.

Went from 190 to 170 in the past year using this diet, pretty good IMO

hasn't done a rough ridin' thing for me, and i walk that bitch 2ish miles a day

Been really monitoring the diet part for the last 2 weeks.  Lose-it is definitely helping.  Really easy to monitor and journal food.  I was down 3 pounds earlier last week, probably 5ish now.  Starting to get really bored with my meals now  :Ugh:

I highly suggest to eat a bunch of seafood on the west coast (especially if you don't eat a lot). You'll crap out 10 lbs in no time. Best of luck.

Yep.  Ideally, you would also just finish pounding a gallon jug of water as you step on the scale, too.  I mean, really make yourself sick with it for the last couple hours before weighing in.  Also, salt.  Lots of salt the night before and all day until the weigh in.
