pretty good point here. tiny peens are not cool at all. we should have a "things cooler than tiny peens" thread because I could think of some good stuff like stubbing your toe, being bitten by a poisonous snake and jorts.

Started off today with 2 spoon fulls of peanut butter. Will have a chicken salad for lunch and probably steak for dinner. Stay strong, friends.

I tend to maintain a healthy diet Sun-Thu and then binge (food & drink) on Fri-Sat. It's a bit of treading water approach, but it works.

I got a fitbit for my birthday.  It's pretty cool.  I enjoy being able to monitor how many calories I've burned.  Yesterday I was going to get some bbq for lunch, but nope ran four miles instead and burned 600 calories.

How does fitbit handle weightlifting? Is there an input for that?
