I did really good yesterday. 2 spoon fulls of peanut butter, 1/2 salad/ck quesadilla, beef jerky, boneless wings/fries at minskys, a bunch of Manhattans at Harry's and Majestic, wine, and a chinese food lean cuisine at 1am.

Did you run for four hours? I'd be a fat ass with that much food.

I got a fitbit for my birthday.  It's pretty cool.  I enjoy being able to monitor how many calories I've burned.  Yesterday I was going to get some bbq for lunch, but nope ran four miles instead and burned 600 calories.
How does fitbit handle weightlifting? Is there an input for that?

It's ok.  It doesn't have an altimeter so it doesn't give as true of a reading as the Fitbit One supposedly does.

It's not very good for tracking calories burned with weightlifting for a couple of reasons.  It can't take into account the 'afterburn effect' which can last several hours after your done lifting, and there's no way for it to distinguish how heavy the weights are that you're lifting which obviously impacts your calorie burn.  If you're in a cutting phase of weightlifting where you are doing circuit training with little to no rest the fitbit will register these as active minutes and count the additional calories burned accordingly.  Essentially though it's still under counting the calories.

I have the fitbit force which has an altimeter.  It's very accurate.  I'm on the fifth floor and it tracks every floor.

Why not eat the bbq AND run the 4 miles?

Because I would have eaten 1000 calories of meat and I'm posting in the diet thread for a reason.

I think you're smart enough to come up with the mathematical balance between the bbq and the running, or at least your fitbit is.

I have no will power as evidenced by the fact that I made it to day seven of the 30 days no drinking before I binged my face off, and further supported by the Rib Dinner I had for lunch today at Oklahoma Joes.

There is no way you are going to fit in that new tanktop at this rate.

I don't think you know how much I love tank tops.  I'll be ready by fattyfest 2014.    :fatty:

Buy a dog, walk it everyday.

Went from 190 to 170 in the past year using this diet, pretty good IMO
