Do you guys ever get bored of eating?  Sometimes I'll go to the store to pick up dinner/groceries and leave with hardly anything because nothing sounds appetizing.

That's when you should skip a meal. If you don't feel hungry and nothing sounds good, then it means your body is satiated and doesn't need anymore calories at the moment.

So how many of you guys started on this endeavor again with the new year upon us?

 :peek:

Ditto.  Stay at home dad is murder on the waist line.  I've packed (pak'd) on 30 lbs since last August.  Woof

This is interesting.

http://www.artfido.com/blog/photographic-series-showing-what-200-calories-looks-like-in-different-foods/

It's weird that there's only 200 calories in half of a McDouble.
I know. Did you know a whole mcchicken is like 290, but the buffalo sauce mcchicken is like 280? :surprised: Eat spicy my friends. :D

Holiday gluttony and binging between the holidays gained me 17 pounds of pure gristle. I'm happy with the results.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Ms. Wackysquawk and I joined the same gym in the river market. We try to go together to hold eachother accountable. Also, we've been eating a lot of chicken breasts, veggies, and brown rice lately. I use lite soy sauce and mustard to add to the flavor. It's really good you guys!

I had a doughnut and whole milk for breakfast yesterday, chili cheese burger, fries, and chocolate shake for lunch from Spangles, and two tacos and a combo burrito from Taco Grande for dinner (skipped dessert!).  I'm starting a new diet TODAY (right after I devour this bavarian chocolate muffin).  But I plan on losing 15 lbs in the next two months.

If the weight doesn’t drop, more veggies and less rice. Good luck.

 I'm more trying to maintain and build on muscle. However, she really wants to lose 15, so i'm just cheering her along, and making a few dishes that helped me in the past. She doesn't want much of the rice anyways, that's mainly for me.  :D

You ever notice how like ancient greek statutes and paintings of naked bros often have incredibly tiny peens?  Maybe should smack that lose-it! app in its smart rough ridin' mouth, meister.

bread, this perception is caused by the fact that the statues with big peens always had them stolen off

stolen peens, regardless of size, is a scary thought. what are the peen thief/thieves doing with these stolen peens? is there a blackmarket for stolen peens? is there a secret guild of peen thieves? did lorena bobbitt belong to this league of peen thieves?
