I actually know 2 of those cats on the list, one is a friend of a friend type deal and the other one is a good friend who I just saw today at a BBQ but he never mentioned it. It's a small world.

imo this is the perfect type of density infill for midtown kc. the giant Westley / City Place / Katz on Main type complex is better than nothing i guess, but the handsome three-storey 6-unit colonnade is like the way midtown was meant to be. if the city could do a little traffic calming / road diet on Linwood, we'd really have something cooking.

Yes, more of that plz. More medium density, affordability. Now pair that with some ability to have shops and grocery stores within walkable distance and we might actually have a city
