I have very little knowledge about how KCMO police operate, but aren't there precincts or divisions or something? It's not like patrols out in Martin City are getting called up to take care of stuff by the airport, right?

Maybe this goes to SD farm thread but why were tons of pig guts (without pig outsides) going through downtown KC on a trailer to get spilled? Where did they come from (besides pigs)? Where were they going and for what purpose?
