Matt, our gun laws aren't actually that strict, and the punishments for gun crime is pretty lax. It's just next impossible to legally purchase a gun in the city limits.

it's absolutely crazy to think that Missouri's permitless carry law going into effect in 2017 would have such a huge effect on murder rates in 2017. i mean who could have seen this coming

Check out Affare*, Jacobson*, Blvd Tavern*, Farmhouse, Webster House*, Summit Grill*, Jax*, Majestic menus...they are all solid for brunch.  Jacobson and Louies Wine Dive are probably the biggest party atmospheres.  Bristol a lot of people rave about but I'm not a fan of buffets for brunch.  There are places in Westport like Beer Kitchen, Foundry, Port Fonda, and Char Bar but I've not been there for brunch.
