* Two local construction firms are part of the bid (Weitz and Clarkson)
* It's total cost and monthly cost to airlines is below max, actually one of the better ones, and hence better for user fees (that you were very concerned about)
* They have SOM as an actual architecture firm
* selection committee wasn't swayed by pretty pictures (like I am still with AECOM's)
* Terminal done in 4Q21
* This was SWAs prefer proposal
I still want to see more details of how the selection committee decided on this proposal, as Quinton Lucas has called for.
