I want to punch in the face whoever had the idea of having interstate's carve up our downtown
Here here! It's as stupid as surrounding a football stadium with characterless asphalt as far as the eye can see.

Look for the north end of the loop to go away before the cap on the south loop happens.  Personally I'd rather the cap first.

The chances of either of these things happening within the next decade is like 0.5%

well CF3, they are building a giant dallas sized Hyatt on the south side of 670 to access the kauffman center on the south side of 670 and the convention center which straddles 670 so i don't think it's a problem bud  :dunno:

also (and this is more important) you can't have a downtown without highway access, in any city, ever

yes you can.

I played in the annual Catholic Charities golf tournament yesterday in Lenexa. It was pretty elite. 2nd year doing it. It was the who's who of major player Catholics in KC. Soren did a live remote from the tournament too. That course embarrasses my game and it's really sad in front of Ms. Wacky's fam.  :frown:

Not sure if #fanningbrag but pretty sure so I'll say #fanningbrag.

I can't imagine who would be in the "Who's who of catholics in KC". Was it just a bunch of school administrators from Aquinas and Rockhurst?

Horse as mode of transportation sans being Amish is stud move.

Who's who of Catholics sounds f'ing boring. Abe gets it when he says it's comprised of Aquinas and Rock.

i don't think it's about catholic high schools. more like all the Visitation heavyweights who had the pull to get rid of the creep in St Joe.

There were probably a bunch of creeps there like the one in St. Joe, just none of them have been reported yet.

Today, when I was turning right at a 4 way light, a city bus illegally turned left into my lane (instead of waiting for me. I had the right of way) and forcing me into the corner. My back right tire popped on impact and the rough ridin' city bus drove off. What a start to a day.  :shakesfist:

Yeah, I would assume so, but the person on the right always has the right away. They should pause until traffic has cleared.

Two, but he's a rough ridin' bus and has wider turns.

I'm the blue dot in a one lane trying to turn right onto a two lane. The bus was across the street on a one way rode trying to turn left onto broadway.
