What time is bed time?

up at 7:10 am weekdays, turn light out between 11:30 and 12am, depending on how long i read, and how tired I am.
weekends, usually up 7:30-8 (kid), down around 12am or so, unless we are out.

construction management, 90% mental 10% physical, but the mental part tires me more than any physical job I've had.
Friday nights are the worst, often feel tired by 9pm, struggle to stay on routine.

During the week (M-F) I generally go to bed at midnight and wake up at 7:30 for my 20 minutes to get ready and 5 minute commute to work. During the weekend, I go to bed when I feel like it (anywhere from 10 pm to 3 am) and wake up anywhere from 7 am to 2 pm. It really just depends on what I have going on. I can sleep at will if I want to regardless of the situation.
