What time is bed time?

weekday = up at 5 down at 9
weekend = up at 5 down at whenever

pretty much, except down at 10. I sleep no more than 7 hours. So, down at 9 means up at 4.

M-F Up at 7, asleep at 10-11.

Weekend- Up at 7, go back to sleep till 9. Sleep anytime from 11-1.


Used to have a really messed up sleep schedule in college, especially during the summer when I would stay up until 3-4 every night and wake up around 1pm.

Weekends (Sun/Mon) - bed by 12, up around 8/8:30, occasionally on a Monday I sleep til 9, maybe once a month.

The only time I've ever got up that early on a weekend for a non-vacation/traveling, work or football day was after I'd stayed up 40 straight hours working on papers.  Passed out two minutes after I emailed them to my professors at 6 PM on Friday night, woke up at 7 AM on Saturday morning full of energy for Cats football (it was the day of the final Aggie game so I ended up needing every bit of that energy).  Right side of my body was sore though because I slept on it without moving for 13 hours.
