no i put them in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and then go to town on them.  they're really very good.

try pan frying them in a skillet in about 1/4" of oil.

t's and p's.

I think we've accepted the healt risks merely by the fact we're eating frozen burritos....

I was thinking more along the lines of, having to eat it on the toilet so i can eat it and crap it out at the same time.

for anything a standard human would use ranch for, I use the advanced human technique of half ranch half sriracha.

they should sell it swirled in one bottle like GooberTM

ah yes, usually i just squirt a line of the sriracha on top of the burrito, ranch on the side. great combo.

They're not absolutely awful for you. 280 calories per burrito.

Cereal in the form of CTC or Honey Bunches of Oats with almonds in a big ass bowl with a bunch of milk and a big motherfucking spoon.  Sometimes I throw a handful or two of craisins up in there.  Delicious.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

Pasta or burritos.  I can make some pretty bomb burritos without much effort.

-Start rice cooker (two cups of rice is more than enough for girlfriend and I)
-If really lazy steam chicken in basket above rice
-If not really lazy, sautee onions and peppers and either brown ground beef or cook chicken on frying pan
-Heat up can of refried beans and can of pinto beans on stovetop
-Rice finishes in 40 minutes
-Season rice
-Chop up chicken if making chicken burritos
-Add onions, peppers and beef/chicken into rice pot
-Depending on if we want them or not, add things like canned tomatoes and canned corn into rice pot
-Mix pot, get out the salsa and sour cream and shredded cheese
-Assemble burritos

Scoop of almond butter before morning workouts or when I need a lil punch.

Medium cheddar slices from the block as a snack, side, or quick dinner w pepperoni slices.  That's all natural nitrite free pepperoni slices homies!!

I shop a lil at Natural Grocers.

I've been experimenting with different tuna salad and tuna fish recipes.  Did one the other day with the mayo/relish/tuna but mixed in some spicy mustard.  Thinking about doing one with horse radish and coleslaw.

Peanut Butter sandwich

Always a winner in a pinch. I slap on some grape jelly to complete a good PB&J.
