Quote from: steve dave on May 31, 2013, 09:00:45 AMso far this summer I've been doing a lot of chicken breast (smart chicken) marinated in either citrus or pineapple juice and jerk seasoning with grilled with corn on the cob. I pound the chicken breasts with a pan so they aren't super fat in the middle before I marinate them. I usually just throw the shucked corn directly onto the grill. sometimes asparagus on there as well.Love cooking chicken and this sounds great, steve dave. Will try. But by citrus juice do you mean you sometimes marinate them in like orange juice? That sounds kinda weird...Pineapple juice sounds good tho

This time of year and throughout the summer I will regularly be grilling Chicken (marinated differently usually) with vegetables (zucchini, squash, onions, mushrooms, peppers, and asparagus). I grill....a lot.

I eat an absolute shitload of these things. So satisfying. The flavors give your mouth a kick in its ass, and leave it begging for more.
