Man I am cooking up a pot of veggies and its gonna be good! YUM YUM (smells soo goood you know!). All you other veggie heads out there feel free to add your favorite veggie stories and experiences.

How do you cook em Cire Sprout? I like to roast em, get a good char on them (good for fondue dippin that way too!)

sometimes i'll get a veggie tray and eat the whole thing. can any veggie heads give me tips on a dip i can use/make that isn't terrible for me/isn't ranch?

I don't really like steamed veggies or cooked veggies, corn and green beans being the exception. I will eat red, yellow and orange bell peppers like apples though. Absolutely delicious.

Friends. The girlfriend is a vegetarian, which pretty much makes me a vegetarian (but I do enjoy the taste of a good burger). Recipe suggestos so I can start making myself like vegetables?

oh man tons. off the top of my head: corn, potatoes, peas, corn on the cob, peppers, onions, salsa, BBQ sauce, iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce in Caesar salads, cheese (lots of different kinds), pizza sauce, ginger

I love corn too! I am not ashamed to hunker down and enjoy a big ole ear of corn. Corn-shame is far too prevalent these days.
