Looks like it would have been bullet to the right side.  Unless he posts without facing the screen and keyboard.  Good old fashioned side-saddle bbs'n.  Don't see that much anymore.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

The bullet came from the wall behind the chair.  I'm assuming, not being a ballistics expert mind you, that means the shootout was occurring in that direction.

Any news on what the questions were that they asked? And is he talking yet or still just writing?

was anyone else listening to the police scanner during the chase?  i started listening about 8:30 that evening, when only normal stuff was happening:  police listening to Taylor Swift, underage drinking, black males in cowboy hats, somebody drowning at a hotel...then that cop got assassinated on the MIT campus and crap got crazy.  it was surreal listening to the whole thing take place

Wait so you just listen to that areas police scanner for fun in your spare time or did you know something was going to happen before it actually happened?  I demand answers Fuzzy. Were you in on some sort of conspiracy?  :shakesfist:

by the way, those of you wanting to see the hammer come down on this kid are setting yourself up for a huge disappointment.  he's going to claim he was being manipulated and controlled by his older brother and it's probably going to work.  they'll be able to convict him of some things, but it's not the open and shut case that I think a lot of people are expecting.

oj killed 2 people. casey anthony killed her daughter.  robert blake had his wife killed.  shall I go on?

he's going to claim his brother had complete control over him.  did he know what was in the backpack?  was he under duress from his brother's pressure...or possibly threats?  you've already seen all of the character witnesses on the news that said they knew him forever and they just can't believe he did this.  I'm just saying that it seems like an open and shut case, but the prosecution is going to have to fight for this.

When you have a gunfight with cops, you're done.  That's before the terror crap. I don't care what his defense is, at best he gets life in prison.

In all of your examples, nobody admitted to murder (maybe Anthony?). And that one was bungled by the prosecution.  Also, big difference in killing someone you're mad at or just killing innocent randos.

did he confess before or after his miranda rights?  or have they even read them yet?  I know they were putting that off.  also do we have confirmation that he actually fired any shots or threw any bombs at the cops?  I know there was a shootout but I still haven't heard any confirmation that any shots were fired after the brother died.  it was dark and chaotic.  can anyone really confirm that he fired any shots or was his brother doing all the shooting?

I'm not saying he's going to walk, I'm just saying this isn't a layup of a case that a lot of people are expecting..

He confessed to the guy whose car he hijacked.  Also, take a look at the charges.  They are EXTENSIVE.

That confession doesn't mean a goddamn thing.

I guess it's not something that will come up in the trial, then.  What about the weapon of mass destruction and terror charges?  Do you agree that he can evade those in the way that people like OJ Simpson and Casey Anthony did?
