Incredibly interesting. Lost (rightfully) in all of the tragedy this week, is that we live in a world where within minutes of a huge news story breaking, there are videos of it all over the internet. I think that's really cool.

So, if that really is the guy.  What kind of person looks around and see's little children and then sets a bomb down next to them?

I can't help but think this is blowback from the U.S. pumping Hellfire missiles  using robots into weddings killing women and children.

The FBI has it, they just don't want to release it.  I'm guessing the main reason is because news agencies would show that footage 99% of the time instead of the video and images showing their faces.
