'Grats on getting two job offers, Wackycat08's friend I probably don't know!!
Is DSI in Gardner?
"Your friend" would meet a lot more fillies helping them find "jobs" than selling software. I feel a filly that uses a staffing agency would be very similar to the temps that come work at "my friend's" office. "My friend" cleans up on that deal.
Which job has the higher potential commission?
Oh, I just looked up that company and they are actually a direct competitor of the software I sell. I would hate for your "friend" to become my sworn enemy.

However, the job agency would be similar to what he does now and have the opportunity to move up quicker. He has a friend who left the same company he works for and is making a killing.

Like if the software place has a higher commission but you have to put in like twice as much work to make that commission then maybe not worth it.
Good luck to your friend, Wackycat.
