that's not very deep, would you consider making it deeper? just thinking about pool parties and such. i like doing can openers and honestly, the deeper i can open that can, the better the splash. thoughts?

It's ok.

But you're right... no trees. Commute-wise, I'm not able to live in the scenic area of the DFW metroplex, like Euless. I have to make do with my cabin on the plains of North Texas.

it's an attractive house. i like the brickwork. i really like trees though. that smell of downed leaves in the fall. also the shade.

However

You have to wait like 10 yrs to enjoy your new trees

You need a bunch of crape myrtle trees. Like three different colors. Also, put in a couple magnolias right next to the house on the south side.

Also, azaleas and rhododendron, too.

Pay for the bigger plants and not the huge trees. Smaller trees surpass the larger ones, supposedly, in that they are faster at root development since the larger ones have their larger roots cut back at the nursery.

Also, put in some evergreens like boxwood, holly, or yews around the back yard patio pool to give you so.e privacy.

Lilacs, too.

Man, this would be fun.

Also also, just get filthy with hyacinth bulbs in like every single bed you can.

There beautiful and I can't have any of them, other than one shitty kind, here in dumbass shitty zone 5.

The pool is going to just rough ridin' have to deal with it. I mean, you need to plan on skimming once a day anyway.
