I was just thinking that diving into the pool from the second floor would be a hell of a way to wake up every morning.

i would have made those three windows into one pocket window. slide it open while finishing up breakfast and be able to throw your kids into the pool from the dining table. finish your coffee in peace.

The decking is done for the pool. Pool builder is just waiting for the home builder to finish landscaping and then they'll come in and plaster it.
