I think I may add a fourth stall because lil sd is acquiring ride on vehicles/bikes/scooters at an unbelievable rate. that or start a "get a new one, throw one in the garbage" exchange program.

Two doors requires two garage door openers which is really inefficient.
You should probably just start a new thread and get the new house rolling.

Get one of those instant $545 hillbilly canopy garages, no door opener needed. Good place to whizz in the middle of night when it's raining.

Question: why didn't you do all the cabinet demo and stuff before putting down new expensive flooring? One hard drop when you're taking that crap down and you'll crack a tile.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning. They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.
also tile wasn't that expensive, my sister is an interior architect and got it from her vendor for us for $1.69/sf. then I ripped out the old stuff myself and paid a guy $1000 to install the new stuff.
Good job on choosing seperate single garage doors. Looks much classier than a double door.
They started putting on the brick, guys. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
