If you planted native plants in your yard in SW ks you'd have a nice patch of dirt and shitloads of those huge red ants

I thought a well cost way more than 3k to drill

3k will get you 30 or 40 feet deep, which will find water in a lot of places. That's a simple depth that 1 or 2 people can drill to easily. Beyond that, rigs get bigger, need more people to operate etc.

Does that include the pump, install, commissioning, etc?

3k gets you a hole in the ground. If you're lucky, you get to spend even more money after that.

Like manually moves a sprinkler around or sits there with the hose walking around the yard?

My junior high had a native grassland area (maybe 50 yards by 30 yards) next to the football field. Very classy

Class periods out there with Mr. Linton (sp?) were awesome.

No. I did not get along with Loomis. The biology teacher with the snakes is who I'm talking about. He was there when my mother went to Logan, so I know he was there while you were.

My only suggestion:  buy one now instead of when you have 6 inches of snow on your driveway.  Probably can find a deal this time of year.

I bought an electric one last year.  It works great and is really light weight and doesn't require mixing gas or anything.  Would recommend an electric one.

That said, I have a couple super old-balls neighbors who have the super big gas ones and they seem to really like them.

As long as it works, you will be happy since you won't be shoveling.  Can't really go too wrong here.

Amazing. Sunday. Wow, I'm good at lawns. It's actually too long but I'm not going to mow it again until this Sunday because eff that it's super hot outside.
