Some Adidas promotional photos surfaced online on Thursday, featuring a Kansas version of the jersey along with others from Cincinnati, Notre Dame, Baylor, UCLA and Louisville. (KU has a licensing contract with the shoe company.)

But a Kansas official said Thursday the final decision on the jerseys rests with the school — and no decision had been made as of Thursday.

"There's been some talk internally," said associate athletic director Jim Marchiony. "But we haven't made a final determination."

Thanks for Nipping this in the Bud Beems, but it sounds like the ku administration has a stick way far up their ass.  

Sad.

Why?  Because they didn't sign a contract that allowed adidas to put us in whatever uniforms they want to?
