Some Adidas promotional photos surfaced online on Thursday, featuring a Kansas version of the jersey along with others from Cincinnati, Notre Dame, Baylor, UCLA and Louisville. (KU has a licensing contract with the shoe company.)But a Kansas official said Thursday the final decision on the jerseys rests with the school — and no decision had been made as of Thursday."There's been some talk internally," said associate athletic director Jim Marchiony. "But we haven't made a final determination."

From a KU fan:I would like to voice my concern over the possibility that KU may be wearing Adidas alternate uniforms during the 2013 NCAA Tournament. I fully understand and appreciate the business relationship with Adidas and its value to KU but KU is above the gimmicks that schools like Baylor, Cincinnati and Louisville must employ to garner attention. I urge you to deny any request or demand by Adidas that KU wear these uniforms during the 2013 NCAA tournament. Thank you for your time. simply bossing out

Nate Bukaty ?@nate_bukatyAnd the uniform question is the second question overall. Self says KU agreed to sport those uniforms in the Big 12 tournament.
KU didn't participate last time adidas pulled this crap. Why would they now?

Because they didn't sign a contract that allowed adidas to put us in whatever uniforms they want to?
