I hated the Weber hire, but winning a conference championship (the first in 30 years) is a big deal to me.  I'm not there yet, considering his success last two years.

Zero tournament wins, tho.

and it's a mirror image of what happened at Illinois. First year was all  , downhill since.

Just let it play out.  Yes, these two months of basketball have sucked.  And yes, the prospects for turning this year around seem remote, given the lack of effort by our players.  But this board's reaction makes it seem like you want Weber to fail; and that's weird.

Like I said, I hated the hire.  But I would rather be wrong than spend my time hoping/pushing for Weber's firing.

Yes, he should have just ignored stuff, but he's close to the situation because he not only played, but worked with the staff for a year. He isn't going out of his way to defend them, but he's not going to run them down.

Did not know we had a game today.  Did not care when I found out 2 minutes ago on goEMAW.com that we lost.  I wish I was really mad about it because I think rage works better than apathy when it comes to forcing coaching changes.  If no one cares than there is no pressure on those in charge. And if I don't care I bet there are tons of ppl that also don't care.
