I hated the Weber hire, but winning a conference championship (the first in 30 years) is a big deal to me. I'm not there yet, considering his success last two years.

Just let it play out. Yes, these two months of basketball have sucked. And yes, the prospects for turning this year around seem remote, given the lack of effort by our players. But this board's reaction makes it seem like you want Weber to fail; and that's weird.
Like I said, I hated the hire. But I would rather be wrong than spend my time hoping/pushing for Weber's firing.
