Still here, [redacted].

Even if we're just as good this year with oscar as we would've been with Frank, dumbass OP and Gunnar have to admit a few things:
1) We're getting about 1/4th the national exposure now that we would have with Frank
2) This isn't nearly as much fun
3) The BBSing is absolutely terrible by comparo.

So yeah, pretty much we have been right all along about everything so far.

we've got about 3 more wins than we'd have had with Frank - don't let your stubborness continue to make you sound foolish

Doesn't matter, still not nearly as fun.

four freshmen that are going to leave their mark - is it getting fun yet?

Five if you include Jack Krap.

Kind of, but not nearly as fun as it would be with Frank (who would definitely be at least 10-3 at this point, too). I only halfway watched the George Washington game. I barely check the basketball board. It's not as fun. :frown:

I've generally been tuning in for games but quickly zoning out.  I spent a chunk of yesterday's game looking up Marriott and BA options for places I could blow some of my category 1-5 free nights and low avios flights to go eat dinner somewhere new.

I don't like him on a personal level so I don't think I'll ever really get behind him as a coach.  I am glad that he has decided to not Charlie Weiss us though.

Assuming we end up decent this season, my standard being a bubble team on Selection Sunday, then it looks like Weber and Lowery as a team have always done pretty well, no?

No one will ever "Charlie Weis KSU." We would never allow it. Even oscar will never be Chaz...I think.

I'm just astonished that somebody couldn't be entertained by either the GW or Zaga games because the coach isn't colorful enough.  I mean, I get all of the oscar/Frank national exposure stuff.  Frank's antics were a lightning rod for national coverage.  It was great for our program.

But, we are we are and the team is fun to watch.  I don't really know what else oscar could be doing.  Would Tad Boyle have been more exciting on the sideline?

Prior to this season they had been together four total seasons.  In those four, they finished first in conference and made the NCAA tournament 100% of the time (2 MVC, 1 big 10, 1 Big 12).  So, yeah.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

The team is playing really well right now, but it's certainly understandable that a large portion of our fanbase would tune out after losing to Northern Colorado in the first game of the season. That school is in Greeley, for Christ's sake. The fans will be back if we can beat OSU.

Not be losing to No. Colorado and getting trucked by Georgetown?

Same.

Big 12 play will bring on another dimension, I imagine.  For instance, when oscar is too cowardly to blow up on/manipulate a ref or something like that.  oscar needs a bad cop in a bad way.

Seems like Bread agreed with this a little while ago and went as far as to say Foster was his second best recruit ever in his opinion.

Will Spradling is #39 nationally in lowest turnover rate (7.3) among players with limited roles (used in 12-16% of possessions)!!!
