Guys, I'm going to be honest here. I don't know if this will change my G.I. Bill payments or not, as far as I can tell it won't, but that's only based on the fact that I haven't found anything that says it will. Anyway, since that's the only way I am able to pay for my schooling, and that's all I have going on really, if it does dry up I invite anyone who wants to come to go to Washington D.C. Bonus Army style and hooverville it up.

I'm sorry Obama, I have to disagree with you! Your 'obamacare' is great for those people with health issues and can't get insured. But I don't have a need for health insurance, and haven't needed it for years now and I am perfectly healthy. I choose NOT to have healthcare decrease my wages even moreso because let's face it, the government takes enough to fill their pockets! But when I go in to do my tax returns this past march/april for the year 2012 and get told that if I don't purchase some kind of healthcare ill get FINED on my tax return?!?! SAY WHAT??? And now today your bothering me with your lies on tv! Maybe I would be more inclined to get health insurance Mr. Obama, if you take a look at minimum wage for the middle class, that's being pushed to the lower class! And maybe you should look at the healthcare that's denying those people with health issues already...simple as that!

Agreed. $240 a month will be taken out of my paycheck for something I don't need.... I haven't been to the doctor in over 2 years. They are making me choose between my utility bills and health care. I would rather have heat, lights and running water than be forced to pay for something I don't use.

Do you want to know what the best part about when my tax preparer told me about the fine was?! He said Obama is offering his OWN health insurance for cheap. I was like, you have got to be kidding me! So instead of using his power for good he's taking advantage of people. *smh*

I mean I went to the doctor almost a year ago, but my doctor offers a discounted price with patients with no health insurance if you pay that day and she worked with me on an over the counter regimen and one cheap Rx instead of 3 expensive Rxs. And as for my foot surgery, I paid monthly to the doctor for 2 years which was still cheaper than my insurance I had coming out

No, I already have insurance.

So do I but my plan won't be a part of the new marketplace so I have to choose a new BCBS plan. Luckily prices are still in the same ballpark as I'm paying now so I'm not too upset.
