Yes. The form you fill out to buy guns is federal and asks if you do drugs, including marijuana, so even if you are you are in a marijuana legal state, it's still against federal gun regulations.

The way we legalize marijuana as a country is just completely backwards. It needs to be completely decriminalized at the federal level. The uptight states that want it to be illegal can do that at the state level.
