I sometimes will not eat or drink anything in the morning until lunch time due to the clean feeling from Crest with Scope. Always feels amazing.

Cinnamon is the best flavor of almost any of the base spices. Mint is great too, but there is no comparo to a good cinnamon.

I agree. A friend of mine out in California brought me cinnamon from three different countries; Ceylon, Saigon, and Indonesia. I use them often, and can't really say I have a favorite. Each has a slightly distinct difference.

I don't remember which is which without looking, but the original cinnimon, not the bullshit knockoff bush bark from india, is the absolute best. Especially when ground fresh.
